Refund & Return Policy

At Infinity, we strive to fulfill our orders on time and with high quality packaging.

If an order has arrived damaged, there are two options: we can send another one out to you, and we will cover the shipping fees, so you don't need to pay anything extra, or, we can provide a full refund to you.

If you have placed an order and it hasn't arrived withing three months, please contact us with your order number. We will mark the order as "Missing" and you will be provided with a full refund.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Refunds will not be issued once the payment goes through, unless your order has arrived in one of the conditions stated above/not arrived within three months.

Refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your payment method.
