When checking out, MAKE SURE to include your full address at checkout, including house no., street etc.

If you make a mistake on your address when checking out, you have 24 hours to contact us with your order number and correct address. If you contact us after the 24 hour period then we cannot do anything about it, as your order has most likely been shipped. No refunds will be provided if you havent contacted us with the correct address/not contacted us at all.

If the wrong item has been shipped to you by mistake, please contact us with proof and your order number, and we will ship the correct item to you.
